- 1 pc. russet potato unpeeled
- 4 Tbsps. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsps. salt
- 3/4 tsps. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. chopped rosemary

- Thoroughly wash the potato. Then, cut it in half lengthwise and slice each half into fourths lengthwise to make a total of 8 wedges.
- Line a baking pan with a baking sheet and arrange the wedges in a single layer.
- Coat wedges with olive oil. Then, sprinkle them with salt, ground black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
- Put the potato wedges in a preheated oven set at 400° and bake for 30 minutes or until the wedges are golden-brown and crisp.
- Remove the potato wedges from the oven. Transfer to a serving dish and serve. Enjoy them on their own or savor with a dip!
