Crockpot Ribs Recipe
This easy slow cooker ribs recipe requires minimal prep and cleanup for maximum flavor!
  • 1clove garlicminced
  • 1/3cup onionchopped
  • 1/2teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 1/2teaspoons paprika
  • 1tablespoon black pepper
  • 1tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2tablespoons butter
  • 2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 1cup tomato ketchup
  • 3pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 1clove garlicminced
  • 1/3cup onionchopped

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the ingredients for the sauce. Stir while allowing the mixture to simmer for about 15 minutes. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Next, remove the skin from the back side of the ribs.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dry rub before rubbing it onto the ribs.
  4. Grease your crockpot before placing the ribs inside. Add half a cup of the sauce.
  5. Set the crockpot on low and cook for eight hours.
  6. Once the ribs have been cooked, take them out and brush some of the sauce on the ribs. Serve.
  7. Optional: Before serving, you can broil the ribs in your oven first for a nice outer crisp. Just place the ribs on a baking sheet and broil them for three to five minutes.
