Recipe Notes

A spiral ham is best when cooking this ham in crockpot recipe. You get away from the hassle of slicing and the juices and flavors are better absorbed in spiral ham.

Acids in pineapple juice will help make the meat even more tender.

You can add more or less sriracha depending on your preference.
