  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried shredded coconut(unsweetened)
  • 3tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2tsp. turmeric
  • 1 3/4tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3/4tsp. ground coriander powder
  • 3/4tsp. ground cumin
  • 3/4tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2tsp. cayenne powder(more if you prefer it spicier)
  1. Place all ingredients in a coffee grinder. Then, whisk until coconut turns into a powder and all spices are well blended.
  2. Keep your mix in an airtight jar or container at room temperature for up to 1-2 months.
