Pat dry your pork chops with a paper towel and insert Sriracha classic seasoning stix into each side of the pork chops.
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, enough to accommodate the size of your pork chops.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl for the coating.
Dip each side of the pork chops into the eggs. Transfer it to the bowl with the Parmesan cheese mixture. Make sure to coat both sides evenly.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Fry the coated pork chops one by one if necessary. Also, sprinkle each side with salt and pepper for added flavor. Cook until coating is golden brown then flip it on the other side.
Place the pork chops in a roasting dish. You can also add veggies to roast. Place them on each side of the roasting dish then put the pork chops in the middle.
Put the pork chops in a preheated oven set at 400°. Bake for about one and a half hours. Adjust roasting time depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
Transfer the pork chops to a plate. Let it rest for about 10 minutes, this will lessen too much grease and oil. Finally, serve and enjoy!
