How to Make Spicy Sriracha Panko Chicken Fingers
Step 1. Prepare the Chicken.
Tip: Opt for precut meat to make things easier.
Step 2. Season Chicken with Sriracha Seasoning Stix
Gently insert one Sriracha Seasoning Stix on the holes made by the skewer. Poking the meat ahead is important so that the seasoning stick just slides through the meat easily.
The Sriracha Seasoning Stix slowly melts away as the chicken cooks, its flavors infusing with the meat from the inside. It gives the chicken a savory, tangy, and spicy taste without having to marinate it overnight.
Note: Make sure to preheat the oven at this point. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to preheat the oven.
Step 3. Cover the Chicken with Sauce and Panko.
Let the seasoned chicken sit for a few minutes while you make the marinade. Combine the sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and honey in a separate bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
Get another bowl and fill it with panko breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken pieces into the sauce, one at a time. Then, press each piece into the panko breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
Step 4. Bake the Chicken.
Line the panko-covered chicken pieces in a baking dish. Pop the dish in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes in 425°F/218°C.
Step 5. Make the Sriracha Dip.
While the chicken cooks in the oven, make the sriracha dip. You only need to combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and lime juice in a serving bowl. Add salt and pepper as you like.
Serve the chicken while warm.
